It’s a new three-storey building with industrial features on the facades. The visible concrete, the special lighting and the large glass windows that dominate the facades create an effect that stands out among the existing building stock of the wider area. The Ground Floor level was designed to serve the functions of a new Center for Lifelong Learning. The offices of a modern dietetic unit are housed on the First Floor, while on the top floors a residence was designed that spans two floors, which communicate via an internal staircase.
