Maximizing the potential of the small corner lot, an apartment building consisting of a ground floor apartment and a two-storey maisonette with fully functional spaces was designed. Particular attention was paid to the utilization of all surfaces in order to ensure sufficient storage spaces, without however hindering the user's free movement within the property. The location of the plot is central, as it offers an unobstructed view of the apartments and provides ample ventilation and lighting. The facades of the building are characterized by geometric elements and a game of volumes, harmoniously adapted to the wider urban ensemble. The carefully selected artificial lighting completes the whole and highlights the structure's morphology, especially during the evening hours.
