The hotel unit has a total area of 3,001.00 m2, approximately 3 acres. The pre-existing buildings are slightly at a different height from the new buildings, while what dominates the whole composition is the large swimming pool that dominates the center of the hotel unit, which is divided into two parts of different heights each of them. The new buildings are two-storeyed (buildings a,b,c,d), while in buildings a & d, parts of their floors form an internal balcony. In the surrounding area there is the necessary planting, such as trees, as well as strengthening the low level with ornamental plants thus creating a more welcoming atmosphere. Finally, all the conditions for the free movement of the disabled in all areas of the building complex are met.
