It’s an old office space located in a multi-storey building in the heart of Athens, at the intersection of Aiolos & Lykourgos streets. The new accommodation is being re-used as an Air-Bnb. The renovation was done with the main focus on the user's comfortable stay and the creation of a modern space, with bright colors, special constructions and modern techniques that make up an innovative result. The special atmosphere of the space is completed with the use of hidden lighting, cleverly placed on both the horizontal and vertical surfaces of the property. Particular attention was also paid to the selection of furniture and sanitary ware which, in combination with the configuration of the spaces, offer a warm effect with touches driven by industrial architecture. The apartment, even though it is small, offers a completely complete accommodation experience to the user.
