The Company
The company dimensionZ is active in the field of construction throughout Greece since 2005. The office operates with a team of experienced associates, qualified engineering consultants, Architects and engineers led by Thiseas Zapnaris.
In 2018, Zoe Chountala, Architecture Engineer, joined our team, taking over the Architectural department.
From 2020, the office in Ios is also operating, led by TEE Civil Engineer, Katerina Vergeti.
The purpose of the company is the design and supervision of buildings with high quality and aesthetics, aiming to fulfill the needs and desires of each user. Through the cooperation with the client as well as the thorough controlling of the construction in all its phases, we have as a result the provision of integrated solutions both aesthetically and functionally.

Our company Undertakes all procedures for the issuance of all types of building permits (file updates, small-scale permits, etc.) as well as the submission of supporting documents to agencies and services to obtain the required approvals.
Also, we undertake the management of the application for the issuance of the above in the electronic system of Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE in Greek) until the completion of the procedures.
Compilation of architectural, statistical and engineering studies.
Our company undertakes the preparation of studies and the drafting of architectural, static and mechanical plans for small and large-scale projects. The continuous update on technological developments and the use of contemporary design programs offer the customer a result that satisfies his needs and desires while raising his aesthetic criteria. Our priority is respect for the environment and the trend towards bioclimatic design.
Settlement of arbitrary constructions and issuance of Energy performance Certificate (P.E.A. in Greek).
We undertake the on-site autopsy to check arbitrary constructions and their subsequent inclusion in the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE in Greek) system, accompanied by the necessary documents and correctly formed plans.
We draw up and issue energy performance certificates (P.E.A. in Greek) for all properties.
The purpose of the Electronic Building Identity and the Electronic Identity of Independent Shared Property is to record the current state of the building or shared property, respectively, and their permits, as well as to watch and control their changes, during their lifetime.
Our company undertakes the surveying of fields and building facilities of small and large scale, using modern means and the help of specialized crews, and drawing up topographical diagrams for each use.
Our office undertakes the supervision of the construction of building projects for the correct and safe operation of the construction site, at all stages (excavation to final acceptance by the project owner).
