It’s a four-storey building with a basement, a pilot house, an internal balcony and a roof. It is located in the municipality of Hellinikon-Argyroupoli. The solution of the single building volume was proposed to functionally cover the needs of the owners by forming 6 privileged residences that respect the individuality and privacy of the user. The construction is developed on 4 floors, pilot and basement. The 1st & 2nd floors consist of 2 apartments each, the 3rd floor consists of an apartment, while the 4th floor consists of an apartment with an open internal balcony. The specific architectural proposal seeks to improve the microclimate of the area, helps to unify and make the public outdoor spaces transparent. In addition, the initial study was based on the basic principles of bioclimatic design with the aim of constructing a high energy class building.
